How To Choose Ski Poles

You might not start your ski lesson journey using ski poles, but knowing what size to choose when you do need them will help you on the slopes.
To find the right length ski poles for you...
- Turn the ski pole upside down and
- Hold the pole underneath the rubber pole protector.
- If the pole is the right length for you, then your arm should be at a 90-degree angle when your upper arm is at your side.
