What’s the best thing about being an instructor at The Snow Centre? Teaching so many different people from 3 year olds to 80 year olds, helping them overcome their fears and seeing their enjoyment.
One single tip you would give to anyone taking part in Snowsports… Don’t worry about what you look like you don’t have to ski or snowboard like an instructor, as long as you get down the slope safely with as smile on your face your winning.
Funniest Snowsports memory? Skiing in Italy after teaching for the day, saw a small mound of snow to jump off, unfortunately it was soft heavy snow, my skis stopped but I didn’t, I came out of my skis and went head first in to the snow, rolled up on to my head and did a flip landing back on my feet without my skis running down the hill, needless to say the rest of the instructors I was skiing with were in hysterics…
