What skill do you teach? Skiing

What qualifications do you have? IASI Level 1 and 2 Alpine Skiing

What was your first Snowsports experience and where? My dad taught me to ski when I was 3 at Hemel Hempstead ski centre when it was an outdoors slope.

What’s the best thing about being an instructor at The Snow Centre? The best thing about being a ski instructor at the snow centre is not one day is the same! I meet new people every day and teach them a skill I love.

One single tip you would give to anyone taking part in Snowsports… One single tip I would give to anyone considering taking part in snow sports is don’t take it too seriously! Skiing is an open sport and everyone learns at different speeds, so try to make it enjoyable.

Best Snowsports memory? My best snow sports memory is skiing in Finland at the RUKA resort. The resort is the most amazing I’ve ever been too! - at around 3pm every day the sun goes down the the slope lights come on and it just feels like you’re skiing in a winter wonderland
