We're looking forward to seeing you at The Snow Centre very soon, please ensure you check the latest information before your visit.
In accordance with the latest government advice face coverings are now optional for our team and guests, if you would like to wear one but forgot your own, we have reusable neck tubes available to purchase on arrival for £5.
Please arrive dressed for the slopes or bring along warm, waterproof clothing. You can now hire a jacket and/or trousers, just £7 for 1 item or £12 for both. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time of your session.
We have contactless check in for all our sessions using the QR Code on your booking confirmation email. You can Check In at our Self Service Screens or Reception Desk both on the gound floor. We will only be accepting card or contactless payments.
Once you have collected your tickets follow our Steps to the Snow and you’ll be ready to take to the snow in no time...
- Equipment Collection - Snow boots & Ringos are included with your Session, boots can be collected at the Equipment Collection Desk. You're more than welcome to bring along your own Snow boots if you wish but they must be clean & grippy. Ringos will be on the slope ready for you.
- Helmets & Gloves - Helmets are compulsory for all Snow Sessions and will be provided at the Equipment Collection desk. If you have your own please bring this with you. Gloves are compulsory so please bring these along with you or they can be purchased at reception for £10.
- Kit Up Area - Please use our designated kit up area to put on your boots and helmets keeping a social distance from other guests.
- Lockers - Lockers are free and are locked with your own unique 4 digit code.
- You are then ready to take to the snow, please wait in the Kit Up Area and your host will meet you there at the start of your session

IMPORTANT: If you, or any member of your party has COVID-19 symptoms or is self-isolating due to having been in contact with someone in the last 14 days who is confirmed to have COVID-19, please do NOT visit The Snow Centre.
