Job Description

Managing and developing a very busy Food and Beverage operation with conference rooms.

Over 200,000 customers a year and turning over just under £1 million.

To assess current operation then create and deliver sales, service, and operational strategy to develop the business.

Responsible for managing and developing a team both in the kitchen and front of house.

Creating menus to agreed GPs

Delivering sales targets, service and operational standards.

Supporting and contributing as a part of the Senior Management team within the premium indoor snow facility in the UK.

Desired Skills & Experience

A minimum 10 years experience in the leisure sector and within Food and Beverage.

A track record for delivering results through increased turnover and profit.

A record of creating and delivering great service.

Experience of developing high performing teams both in the kitchen and front of house.

An inspiring leader passionate about service delivery and achieving results.
